Our terms and conditions apply to all our sales. Our terms take precedence over those of the buyer, even if the buyer's terms state otherwise.

An order binds the client, but only binds the seller after written confirmation.
Orders placed through intermediaries are only valid after our written order confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, our end products are delivered digitally.
Delivery timelines are indicative only. Late delivery does not give rise to compensation.
The seller is released from all liability in cases of force majeure (accidents, illness, war, strikes, insurrection, fire, or destruction of essential materials). The seller reserves the right to extend the term of the agreement for the duration of the force majeure event.
Conformity of execution is only guaranteed within the usual tolerances.
Visible defects must be reported immediately. Hidden defects must be reported within 8 days of discovery. Any complaints must be sent by registered mail to our registered address within 8 days, with a clear description of the defect. Complaints not meeting these requirements will not be accepted. In case of resale: the buyer undertakes to pass on the specific warranty conditions of their supplier to their customers.
End products remain the property of the seller until the purchase price owed by the buyer has been paid in full. Until such payment has been made, the buyer is not entitled to use them as security in any form.
Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date, without discount.
Any payment not made by the agreed due date will accrue interest at 0.8% per month, automatically and without notice. In addition, any invoice not paid by the due date will automatically be increased by 10% as a penalty clause, with a minimum of EUR 125.
In case of non-compliance by the buyer, the seller has the right to suspend delivery. Furthermore, if a registered letter of notice remains without effect for 15 days, the seller may consider the contract dissolved in whole or terminated for the unperformed part, without prejudice to the right to damages.
In case of dispute, only the courts of Ghent (Belgium) shall have jurisdiction.
Belgian law applies to this agreement.
